LOOKING FOR A JOB?

Getting a job while still attending High School can have a variety of benefits. Firstly, it can provide valuable work experience to start building a resume and gain references. Employment also teaches important life skills, such as time management, responsibility, and teamwork while developing a sense of independence and financial responsibility. However, it is important for to balance work and school commitments, as academics should always be the top priority.

Old School Produce:  Garden Worker 

May 30-June 30th; potential to earn up to $650.00. Work tasks include: planting, weeding, harvesting and other general garden jobs.  See Ms. Hamilton for eligibility determination and application.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

VINTON-SHELLSBURG HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS are encouraged to earn Black and Gold hours by volunteering their time and talents throughout our community and receive recognition for their efforts upon graduation.
